The fan attaches to the right hand, but you could also use it to decorate your home. It's menu controlled. Left-clicking the fan or typing /29menu in chat will open a dialog box with the options. You can choose between three speeds for opening and closing the fan. The fan comes with a fanning and a clapping animation.
Of course you can also use the commands of the dialog boxes in chat on channel /29 (there's a notecard with the commands).
