Animated Dreamcatcher Blue and Orange Version Animated Dreamcatcher in blue & orange
Details
Lovely Talking Dreamcatcher to hang over your bed or that of a child or loved one.
Originally created by Native American and First Nations peoples to hang over the cradle of a child to give protection against evil and illness. Patterned after a spider web, it was associated in Ojibwe legend with a guardian spirit known as Spider Woman, who was a special protector of children, the people, and the land. Other tribes had similar traditions.
In modern times, the Dreamcatcher has passed into popular culture as a symbol of hope, healing, and protection, especially for children.
This dreamcatcher has beads and silky feathers that move in the breeze; it "catches dreams", emits sparkling particles and gives dream messages in chat.
Card included giving history of Dreamcatchers in Native American tradition.
