A fun item for your club or any New Year's Eve party.
Before the countdown, this item hands out (by clicking on it) a package of free, full perm party favors for your guests to enjoy waiting for new years. The owner clicks the rotating ball ~ 1 minute before New Years, the object shouts "The countdown has started!" while the ball slowly falls at the same time the bottom date 2020 and the top cone blink on and off. When the ball reaches the bottom, it shouts "Happy New Year", the date changes to 2021 and a 20 second fireworks display goes off. When the ball is down, anyone clicking on the item fires off the fireworks again.
It has no listens, radar, particles or timers etc before the start timer is activated so has zero lag effect on your club. The owner can easily reset the ball to the starting position (in case you start it by mistake) once it is falling by clicking the ball again. The same action of clicking the ball will reset the object after it has played through it's animation and when you take and rerez, it automatically resets itself and resets all the scripts too in a worst case senerio (SL weirdness, sim crash etc).
It also has an lifetime update feature, the owner clicks the top cone prim next season (around Dec 10th) and the object sends a message to the update server which will automatically send you next years model with the new dates and any new features next years model might have.
