The fan attaches to the left hand, but you could also use it to decorate your home. It's menu controlled. Left-clicking the fan or typing /29menu in chat will bring up a dialog box with the different options, like opening and closing the fan or playing the fanning animation. While the fanning animation plays till you stop it, the fanning gesture included with the fan plays for just five seconds.
Of course you can also use the commands of the dialog boxes in chat on channel /29.

This product ended up being far more fluid and graceful and easy to use than i thought. I love it, and it goes excellently with my character.
This fan is lovely and the animations work well and are easy to use. My only criticism is that it is too big and is no mod so I cannot resize it to fit. My avatar is slightly over average sized, so being able to resize it to scale would make it much nicer.
