Simple, straight forward seismograph.
Seems to be detecting some tremors.

Composed of an animated texture on a flat prim.
Modify and transfer permissions on the prim so you can shape, size, and attach to your build. Script is no mod.
Currently about 1 meter in length. Will not stretch too much without degrading the graphic.
