It is animated, but not just as we expect it to. But hey! What do we expect for 9L? And to those why is yelling for that texture missing: Just grab the texture from here. Seems like you guys think you paid 9K Lindens for this. Just stop whining like little girls!

It says you get a "High Quality Texture", but all you get is a textured PRIM. I'd give NO stars if possible. Seller ought to be ashamed.
