Animotions

Animotions is an innovative way of storing and using your favourite animations & sounds. It is supplied in a simple customisable bracelet (see below*) but can be transferred to any worn item. Both inventory and internal animations can be played. You can add your own sounds & animations by dragging them into your bracelet.

The main menu offers your animations (24 public domain included) sorted into up to 10 categories plus an unclassified section. On selecting a category, you are then presented with page(s) for the animations in that category, sorted alphabetically in button number order. Selecting an animation automatically supercedes any existing animation, and there is also a STOP control.

It is also possible to execute any of the animations from the keyboard on a user-definable channel (default 9), and other user preferences can also be set in this manner.

A special feature of Animotions is its ability to play a sequence of animations as a loop, using a user-chosen time interval. This gives great flexibility to your avatar with minimum user input. Just choose a list of animations for your environment, e.g. a sequence of standing poses, leaving you free to concentrate on dialogue.

Sounds can also be played and will be triggered by their names given at the beginning of a chat-line. This means that you could say (e.g.) 'Happy Birthday, Jane' or '/me laughs' and the appropriate sound file will play without the need for you to find it in inventory.

The bracelet has copy & modify permissions, the scripts have copy permission.
