This is exactly it.
A HUD that attaches to your screen and plays an overlapping animation with high priority that fixes your ankle, keeping it straight all the time.
Usually some AOs with walk animations or objects with Sitting animations will twist and deform your ankle, making it look like it's broken and ugly, specially when you're wearing heels or long boots.
Simply wear this HUD and it should fix it.
NOTE: If, even when wearing this HUD, your ankle appears twisted again (because you just changed your animation with a high priority one), simply click the HUD again to turn it off, and then again, to turn it back on, this will overlap the last played animation and fix it again.
NOTE: If you have the Maitreya Lara body, you already have this in your HUD, I know that. But Lara's HUD is 3 scripts heavier than this one. So this might help you, if you're wearing a lot of scripts in heavy lag or script controlled regions.
