i. Once unpacked, simply drag out the Anna Erotica 2021 - 6 Prim SUPER REAL Beach View Cottage to the ground and you are ready to Edit and reposition it as needed for your parcel :)

iv. The Anna Erotica 2021 - 6 Prim SUPER REAL Beach View Cottage is fully copy and mod plus at only 6 prim land impact, you can create several copies to enjoy your beachfront - create a nice little private home or a beachfront community for yourself and friends! :)

** Do take note tho - this home is full copy & mod, you can fully edit and recolor/retexture the entire home, but using normal flat textures will not give the realism of the default 3D rendered textures specially created for this home.

** Do not unlink parts from this home or link other items to it, doing so might cause convex hull mesh pieces to surface - causing invisible walls all over the inside of the home. Place and arrange your furniture items and decoration into this home normally - without linking the items to the home.
