At just 1 prim in Land Impact you get a texture-changing copy-mod 24m-long boat pier with attached automatic lights you can fully control!

Comes with 9 different textures you can change easily with a menu! Turn on or off the attached lights manually or you can set it to automatic mode - so it switches on by itself during the night and automatically switches off during the day!

With proper physics layer already built-in - you can walk on the entire surface without problem - even use the pier as a bridge for small rivers.

- All items are copy mod so you can freely resize and re-texture/re-color as needed. (scripts are no-mod)
