Annie House is a double storey white brick house with light green trimmings and high walls(5m). It's windows are wide with unscripted light green shutters.
It has an open-style living area, a separate dining area, a separate kitchen and a private room on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a small open area and 3 private rooms with different colored walls. The largest room has a balcony.
