This is a simple particle emitter, which can be tinted to any desired hue.
A chaser effect is enabled when moving, allowing stars to follow the halo.
Due to it being emissive, it will not react to windlights, as though full bright, enhancing it's appearance in dimly-lit areas.

the pulsing effect looks super smooth and the star trail gives it this nice touch of movement without being distracting. tinting works perfectly and it stands out just enough in any lighting. really solid addition to my collection =]
