This gadget talks anonymously with any name you pick. There is shout, say, whisper as well as emote shout, say, and whisper for normal ranges. There is also region and parcel talking but use these two sparingly due to SL throttles what it will accept without blocking you. Last but not least is it can talk privately at any range to someone's local chat box with easy to use features such as a scanner, entering the key of someone to target, and a previous 12 memory of past private message targets. Simply set what type of chatting you want with options button, click the name button to set the name it will speak as, then click message to type in what you want it to say and send. All with easy to use text box pop ups or dialog menus for entering what you want and a target display of what is the current chat setting or person targeted.
