Anthin Cottage has a large open space living area with a fireplace, a small entrance, two bedroom and one bathroom. The fireplace has an on/off fire script. Click on the center of the fireplace to turn the fire on or off. When off, logs and fire are hidden.
All doors close automatically after a certain period of time. This does NOT apply to windows, which you can leave opened if you want. Just click on them again to close.

Copy / modify / no transfer (scripts are no modify; that's why the house may show as no modify in your inventory even though it can be modified)
The house comes with a rezzer to simplify the building process. Once you're happy with the house position, click on the rezzer, then on the Finish button in the dialog. This will kill the scripts associated with the rezzer and remove the "tracking" hover text.
