For the more geeky the scripts are full perm so you can adjust the way in which the doors open or use it for your own builds.

Doors play a different, old creaky door sound, for open and closed.

If you are worried about prim count you can remove top prim features (The sculpty bird, bird post and urns...reducing the desk to 17prims) without the piece looking incomplete.
