Lovely product, excellent customer service!
I bought this last month, was impressed with the quality of the product, but wanted to be able to mod it (resize, etc.). The listing said it was modifiable. Unfortunately when I got it, no it wasn't. Wrote a review, and got a response from the creator apologizing, and sending me a mod version. Apparently simply an oversight in the process, and was more than happy with replacement, and the customer service! Thanks so much!
