I bought this frame as a new user and when I had difficulties placing my picture on it I contacted Ricky. He couldn't have been quicker in his response or nicer or more patient about trying to explain my difficulties. He even offered to place the texture into the frame himself and send it back to me. Now that's attentiveness! As for the frame, it is beautiful; detailed and not too bright and overwhelming nor insignificant...it compliments art wonderfully and is an amazing price. Very satisfied customer....'nuff said.
