I have to say I really do like your food products and can see me purchasing more in the future. I also have to say I do agree with a previous review. And since it was a previous review I do feel comfortable taking a star off as there was nothing done to correct the situation. I'm referring to the lack of diagram or photo that shows and labels what each button is to make it easier for people to understand and use. In college they called that making other people do all the other work and it is highly frowned upon. Outside of college they just called it being lazy. Still I love the product and will use it for sure and will eventually take time to make a chart for it after I have time to experiment and figure it out. And that is the reason for the second star taken off. I have to lose time figuring out something you could have just shared. It's a coffee machine, not a top secret government product. Seriously, great work on it though and I will be back for more products.
