The Lodge is 101LI, however the snow cover is greatly contributing to this (32LI). It's nice to use over the winter, but if you feel comfortable enough to unlink the snow during the summer months it will save you some LI.
Also, the snow is scripted texture change. You can activate this menu by clicking on the stone archway around the front door.
