Dear Customer!

You bought yourself an individual applier with your name or the name of your love on it (or another name if your want to give it away as a present). So the applier can't be in the package you receive!
Main part is the notecard beginning with "fillout". You should exactly follow the descriped steps. You can choose your names or phrase to be in the tattoo, up to 24 letters. We can't guarantee the look if the phrase is longer. There are 6 colors to choose from.

There are other options, too. If you choose them, you need to pay the extra fees but if you don't you have paid your applier already.
After you send us the filled out form you will receive two copies of the applier. Normally it takes up to three days, please ask first, if it takes longer - perhaps we didn't received your notecard.

If you got a problem or have any questions, just send leave a notice card in out Mainstore or write any of our Staff.
