- You can add your own radio stations
- Beautiful fireplace with on/ff fire, sound, and smoke. Smoke disappears when fire is off. Fireplace comes with a menu to kill sound or modify the fire. Simply click on the fire and hold it down for a few seconds and the menu will come up.
- Covered front and rear porches to enjoy the view of your land or skybox.
- Other accessories included are: 3 frames with nice paintings, 2 potted plants, and 3 wooden chairs with multiple animations).
- Rez-Faux for easy rez and placement of the house right where you want it.
