Instructions
1. Place the crystal ball out on a table or plinth or your choice.
2. Ask a question and then touch the ball. It will then display a special magical particle effect followed by an archetypal image symbol.
3. A brief summary of the symbols fortune meaning will be whispered in local chat.
Inside the ball there are some settings you can change
The main !settings notecard has the following settings...
time_image_is_visible=10 [This sets how long the image will be displayed in the ball before it disappears.]
particles=TRUE [This will disable the special fx particles. (TRUE or FALSE)]
sounds=TRUE [This will turn the sound effects off. (TRUE or FALSE)]
say_meanings_in_chat=TRUE [This will set whether the image meanings will be displayed in chat (TRUE or FALSE)]
ADDING YOUR OWN IMAGES
The crystal ball has been set up with custom images and descriptions ready to use as a full oracle system. If you wish to add your own images though you can do this easily by adding them to the ball. You will need to edit the !Descriptions notecard to add their meanings. Please note this is not an intended feature. It was designed this way primarily for our benefit to help us create it. I've left it open though for anyone though that wishes to customize it. Please do not add too many descriptions to the description notecard or it will run out of memory. And make sure you have a backup of your crystal ball before you do any advanced editing as it could break!
