This design has been made to allow a spacious three level living area, access to the loft area via a metal staircase and also a large balcony to allow for the all important outdoor living. The balcony area lets you walk around the outside of the build and includes steps down to the ground level with a large water access interior and plenty of door access. Decorated in muted shades to increase the restfulness of the architectural design. There is so many possibilities with this layout it includes two ground floor side rooms but you could create more rooms if you wanted to on the attic floor and first floor, also if you did not want to use the ground area as a seaplane or boat area this could become another living space or a swimming pool area.
