Armada Steampunk Sub-House Box

The Steampunk Sub-House is an underwater house or hut designed to be placed on the seabed.

The Steampunk Sub-House is constructed from 50 prims and includes Cannon Ball weights to anchor the habitat to the sea floor. The Sub-House has a footprint of approximately 16m x 9m meaning it will fit on most small land parcels. Permissions are set to 'Modify' and 'Copy' so you can edit it to your hearts content.

Also supplied with this set are optional External Air Tanks (6 prims) to supply air to your living space and an access ramp (2 prims). Both of these items are supplied with ‘Modify’ and ‘Copy’ permissions.

The Sub-House features a working airlock front door. To operate it simply ‘Touch’ the cylindrical door so that the airlock chamber is open to you. Step in to the chamber and touch the door again. When the door rotates to the opposite position step out of the chamber.

The Sub-House has been thoroughly textured throughout. The outside is covered in heavy rust from exposure to seawater; however some of the light Rococo gilding can still be seen. The interior has been lovingly wood paneled in a period style to make it more homely. While every effort has been made to keep the Sub-House leak free, the internal paneling has begun to suffer slightly from the inevitable damp atmosphere which is only to be expected at the bottom of the ocean. The internal space has been left unfurnished in order to allow the owner to add their own belongings. 4 large bubble windows have also been installed to allow the occupant to view the wonders of the deep.
