Alright let me explain how this works for those of you who haven't delt with home ownership in SL before.
A low prim house involves 1 of two methods for creation. One is sculpting, the other is mesh.
Sculpting method usually involves seeing all of the prims the person used to make the sculpt, as it's never looking like 1 solid piece.
Meshing allows a creator to draw in a 3d perspective the house you want, texture it, and upload it.
The problem with both of these is that in order for a person to use the house, the main prim(s) are usually ghosted. The extra prims are invisible, and there you go.
Yes, even in this house, there are 3 extra invisible prims keeping you from falling through the floor, going through the ceiling or walking through the main outter walls.
This is full mod, and full copy, so you can rework the house as you need to.
