Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service
Nice looking home but nothing works, pose balls positions all distorted and total lack of customer service and support. The house was sold with an outdated control panel and several attempts to get this issue and others fixed were met with "I'll see if I have time". It's well over a month now and the seller has yet to find time to help with anything. Finally had enough and getting rid of it - total waste of time and money.
