[ArtPan] Garden District Home Boxed Version 1.1

ArtPan's take on a Garden District home. 3 stories with attic and basement for 5 usable floors in all. The main floor is divided into one large and two smaller rooms. Second floor is a wood paneled hall with 4 smaller bedrooms. The Master bedroom on the third floor has two smaller rooms that can be used for bath, dressing area, or whatever you like. The attic and basement are large and open. Included is a front yard garden with roses, black tulips, and lavendar. The house has a veranda on all three main levels.
