I left it empty so you could decorate it as you need. It comes with sit poses
in the court yard tree arrangements, sit poses in the park benches.
This is only 58 prims after you save and take the rez box back.

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
