To begin using the random teleport backpack you'll just wear the backpack from your inventory and then grant it permission to teleport you. You then can click the backpack to randomly teleport. The backpack is default set to visit G rated only sims.
The backpack also features a menu that can be accessed by long-pressing the left mouse button. After 4 seconds; release the left mouse button and the menu will appear.
The menu will let you choose sim rating to teleport to. You have three choices and they are explained below:
PG - Only G rated sims will be accessed
Mature - G rated and Moderate sims can be accessed
Adult - G, Moderate, and Adult sims can be accessed
In the menu you will also find the following two options:
Recall - Let's you view previously visited sims in local chat, with links, so that you may share your travels with your friends and family
Clear - Clears the visited sim history list
