Ashira's ElvenCeltic Tree House (Boxed)

I am pleased to announce that the ElvenCeltic Tree House is finally finished. This is a scaled down version of my store which many of you are familiar with. Unlike the store, the tree house has been made like my jewely .. meaning highly detailed and highly customizable. It consists of four connected rooms and a large top deck. Each room is octagonal with full windows all around. Each room has elegant hanging drapes on the ceiling supported by metal fittings. There is also a crystal light in each room. The walls and the windows are scripted to change textures. The walls have five different textures and can be set inside or out .. for all rooms or selected rooms. The windows are the same .. but have a variety of stainglass textures as well as five different panarama scenes that take in the entire room. The windows also have tint and transparency controls .. again for inside or out .. one or all rooms.
The top deck is an open area for parties or get togethers. It has a build pool build into the deck that can be hidden on command. When open the pool has six poolside animations.
Included with the tree house is an ornamental bench with flowers and a small fireplace Both of these are optional and are scripted so the wood trim can match the walls.
Just about everything is changeable in the tree house, controlled from a controller. The controller is a separate item so it can be moved around the house and even copied for multiple control points. It has access control so that you can let selected people use the controller, set it to group, make public, or keep it strictly for the owner. The controller lets you make all the changes with just four rather complicated scripts. And since this IS a tree house, the leaves are also changeable to match the seasons.
The tree house features a smooth working elevator in the main trunk that goes from the ground to the porch. There are also touch teleports to take you to the ground, porch or top deck.
The best part is this tree house is only 246 prims, so it will fit on a normal 4096 sq meter lot and still have almost 700 prims left. And since it is a tree, there is lots of room underneath it for landscaping and gardens. It comes with roots but they are separate so you can use the tree with or without them.
