Asian with Dragon animated picture "PROMO"

I bought this as a gift, but I had never done that before, so I learned that next time I should use the "buy as a gift" button, as it's no transfer, lol. It would be nice to see what the animation will look like before one buys this too... I tried to be all sleuthy and see if I could find it in an in-world store, but was unsuccessful, lol! The animation is sparkles. I am happy with it. Nice price for something nice. :)
