Hand textured details allows for parts to be hidden or changed without pesky shadow outlines being left behind.
All materials and textures are included for easy customization. ( Full perm cannot be sold in any way shape or form )
UV maps and notecard included on how texturing works to make custom textures for yourself or to sell.
Remember! Resizing 3D models will lower and raise the land impact.
This project was intended to be used at a large scale with the lowest land impact possible!
3D models can have physics turned off, and made phantom in the editing menu.
However you'll need to make your own physics out of prims/simple 3D models with physics.

Draw Distance:
This set was intended to be used as a large scale build.
If you use it with a smaller build you may be required to turn up your draw distance.
The low draw distance contributes to lowering the land impact and visual lag from rendering.
Physics:
All 3D models that come with this set all are physics enabled. The physics for them include the railing, posts, floor and roof.
The details on the upper half of the frame ( decorative ) do not have physics to prevent people from getting stuck.
Note - The ledge inside the roof has it's own physics!

Unique style!
One of the most unique styled gazebo/pavilions I've seen on SL for textures, and the modifiable options are endless. The land impact is surprisingly low despite it's possible size constraints, and will spruce up any build you're doing. A+
