This wonderfully ornate piece is an Astrolabe; a tool for measuring and charting astral bodies. This particular Astrolabe doesn’t move (static decor) so your charting will be a little off.
It can be resized to make it quite large, or very very small. The land impact will remain the same at only 5.
(I know! I'm not quite sure how we did that either...but there you have it!)
