Attic skybox which includes baked ultra realistic lighting into textures, it contains shadow information if you choose to use it with full bright on. But I'm not a fan of full bright feature, so I did all I can to use it without it and I'm really happy with results, since it comes with permissions to modify it's easy to use it as you like.

looks great, but collision could be better
Had issues with the floor, meaning on a fresh, unedited version you'd float incredibly far off the ground while inside. Aside from that, looks great when sized down a little.

Low prim, excellent textures (especially windows and lighting), perfect size for a little getaway or dressing room.

This build is beautifully done. It's open concept with the ambient lighting baked in creates a nice environment. You can resize it and tint the faces to your liking, if one was so inclined. Overall a wonderful skybox and awesome land impact too!
