I really love this place as it stands, to start off.

However, the bathroom could be a bit bigger, replacing the setup in there with a small shower took up nearly all the room in there.
Also, the stock garage door worked exactly once to go up and then never worked again. Thankfully I had a Intellidoor to simply put in its place. IM no master at modifications but I would love to be able to basically add on to it and remove the stair wells.
