A lil snug but great.
I really love this place as it stands, to start off.
However, the bathroom could be a bit bigger, replacing the setup in there with a small shower took up nearly all the room in there.
Also, the stock garage door worked exactly once to go up and then never worked again. Thankfully I had a Intellidoor to simply put in its place. IM no master at modifications but I would love to be able to basically add on to it and remove the stair wells.
I rented one of these and loved it !!!
Now, since I bought one for myself, I can mod it. :) So, I parked my heli-pad right next to the roof level fire escape and removed a piece of the railing so I can just climb the fire escape and walk right onto it. I had to save for a while, but this was a great investment. Thanks...

Wolftactics is the best buildings for RP or rentals on the grid in my opinion, Silver, and his partner are so nice and helpful. His products are simple, look great, easy to mod, and my community love to use them for RP, and Rentals. Buy anything he has, you will not be disappointed!
