This is an automatic sliding translucent mesh glass door with brushed metal handle, although you don't need the handle because it really is automatic :)

Features:
+ 1 prim mesh;
+ automatic open and close;
+ stays open if an avatar stays close to the door;
+ swoosh open and close sound;
+ full access control: owner/anyone/group/whitelist/blacklist easy to setup changing a pair of values in a notecard;
+ independent operation: have as many sliding doors in your house or building as you want, no extra configuration required;
+ real cut glass border texture (see picture above, not shown on video below);
+ supports door air curtain with engine sound while door is open --see related items below;
+ modify permission allows you to anchor the door to a rezzer.
+ comes with 2 alternative sliding scripts with Copy+Transfer permissions. So in case you have to rotate the door 90 degrees, you use the script that slides the door in the direcion you need.

Click on the "View Video" link below to see how it works.

About permissions:
+ Door: M+T
+ Configuration notecard: C+M+T
+ Scripts: T

This door is made to operate as a standalone prim. Do not link this door to other prims or a linkset.

Update December 2018
This sliding door comes with additional 4 script variations:
* that you can use to have your door slide in the direction that you need in case you have to rotate the door.
* having a switch to deactivate the door sensor, mainly to prevent it from cycling open-close when you stand close by but not close enough for the door to remain open.
