This script allows an avatar to actually wear the automatic land mark giver. Just wear the object.
You can set the radius (in Meters set to 3m as standard) the land marks are given out from as little as 1m to a whole sim.
Just drop a full perm Land Mark into the object containing the script, wear and your done.
The script remembers the avatars it has handed out Land Marks too inorder not to repetedly hand them to the same avatar. just detatch and re attatch to reset.

Simple and functional! I edited it to give out note cards instead of landmarks. Works like a charm.
If you rez it on the ground, it will spam you, the owner, every second so turn off scripts while preparing it. Then turn scripts back on and WEAR it instead of rezzing it on the ground. Bingo!
same problem as described by others here
it hands out 1 lm to visitors, but it keeps sending the owner 1 every ~1-2seconds, not usable!

Works but too well.
This little script works great, but at the same time, it works too well with the owner. I tried using this script in a store of mine and it did give out the LM but it kept spamming me over and over every 2secons with another LM offer.
So while it dose work for everyone else just fine, it's not friendly to the owner.
