INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the Applier - Jake or Omega ::

For the Upper Body - use your preferred Shade/Tone and apply to your preferred Layer.

For BOM - make sure you have your BOM Hud enabled and that your avatar is in fact in BOM mode. Add the classic Tattoos. (Those are always items without the yellow cubes).
