Doesn't work!
It makes no changes in the lipstick on my Vista head. Also, even after following the instructions in the note card that came with the lipstick the watermarks are still on my face! I had to remove all makeup and reset my skin color to get rid of the watermarks. It's a shame. The lipstick looks nice in the picture
