Rez in world. Make sure scripts are enabled on land. Anyone can click the prim and type an avatar name in main chat to get that person's key.
You can find keys in your web browser for free, in fact this device uses the w-hat name2key database, which is available at w-hat's site. We simply query their server from in-world, making it easier for you!
Avatar keys (UUID's) are often used for distributing funds in machines such as "sploders" - this could be quite helpful for stores or clubs.
