It's a tool that allows to collect info about an avatar present within a 10 m range. It can be both dropped externally and attached to a body part (for instance, the neck) or screen (HUD), but with some differences in the same object visibility and info provided.
• Dropped externally: the prim and text are publicly visible and info read within 10 m.
• Attached to the body: the prim is invisible but the text is readable to the public within 10 meters.
• HUD: the prim and text are invisible to the public and visible to the owner only.
The displayed public domain info are referred to SL. Who publicly asks for info will show its name, in addition to another avatar's ones following:
• profile name slurl;
• birthdate;
• age;
• height;
• client language;
• payment info.
