Hi. This is a little hud that will examine your avatars 'health' . Great for tracking down huds / objects that lag ones game.
Add to worn the hud, and click it. Your avatar health report is delivered privately to you in local chat, plus a condensed list is shown in the hud hovertext. After 10 seconds the hud resets itself. Also delivered is a nc guide to the hud
