This freckles palette HUD for Akeruka mesh heads is for every skin applier you wear.
You will find 4 freckles shapes and you can adjust them using the color value in the Akeruka HUD, so you can change the tone a little bit.

Despite conversing with the creator and assurances that this script works fine with her Akeruka Head..it does NOT, waste of good lindens for me.
