Aviemore Hideaway (Festive Edition) Fully Furnished Winter Cottage 95 Animations Version Festive Edition

Snuggle down, get warm and hibernate for the winter in the festive edition of the Aviemore Hideaway cottage.

1 x Mesh cottage, fully furnished with AVsitter furniture, security system, lights, ambient sound system, physical snow cover rezzer, particle snow rezzer, window scene rezzer, window opacity controls, festive decorative touches, exclusive art, fire, working TV and land radio. Ready to move into. There are 95 animations included in total. Copy/Modify (scripts & HUD are set to copy only) 72 LI total.

Cottage Build Details.
The base of the cottage is 8.66 metres (width) x 8.83 metres (length). You will however need a minimum of 15.5 metres (w) x 16.5 metres (length) to accommodate the snow & scene rezzers included. This cottage will fit comfortably on 512 plots and above. You might be able to squeeze this on a smaller plot than 512, depending on your prim allowance. The main cottage is 27 LI, with included decorations and furniture (excluding temporary rezzed props) the entire cottage is 72 LI. Your new cottage comes packed inside an easy to use Rez2 system. Please read the included notecard for trouble free rez instructions.

Cottage Scripted Extras.
Window controls: There are two snowflakes on the window frame. Touch the top snowflake to toggle the window opacity controls. You can select from fully closed, semi transparent, regular opacity or open.
The bottom snowflake controls the scene, weather and snow rezzing. Touching this bottom snowflake will allow you to choose from 14 scenery props which you can mix and match to create your own scenes. These scenery props rez outside the cabin. Included are physical snow (lies on the roof and around/over the logs outside, physical icicles, particle light snows, particle swirling blizzard, 3 static window scenes and 3 animated window scenes. You can mix and match these props.

Ambient Sound System
Hidden inside roof of the cabin lies the ambient sound system with 5 atmospheric sound loops.

Fire.
Animated with gif flames, has sound and gives off a gentle, warming glow. Touch to put out (turn off) the fire and again to stoke it (turn back on).

Lights.
All included lamps are scripted with variable light & glow settings. Touch them to investigate and revel in the clicky switches sound.

The Aviemore Hideaway also includes an AVsitter enabled sofa and bed. Sofa seats 2 and the bed sleeps 2. All family friendly fun to be had with these cosy and rustic pieces.

Sooooo many festive touches decorate this cottage including a fully dressed tree, twinkle lights, treats for santa, gingerbready art and more!

TV
1 x Mesh OldSkool TV with Rustic Stand. Scripted with three options. Channel ∞ - white noise with a animated static texture, Turn Off - turns off TV & Watch TV - loads the internet.

Land Radio
1 mesh ukulele with radio Uke Radio. Touch to cycle through 9 pages of radio stations, with a Christmas channel on page 9 for easy access. This is the same scripts as the other radios I sell. If you are on rented land or if you are a landlord wanting to use this with a tenant, you will need my land relay for this to work. This can be found for free only at my in-world store.

Security
Detective Borkley V2 - one cute as heck security system. little dog in its bed guarding both their bone and your home. This security system is easy to set up and maintain and also comes with added dog sounds to add a touch of realism.
