I love the choices included, but I chose to wear mine in burgundy for a cause that seems to be so rarely known: aortic health. Unfortunately, someone very special and dear to me was lost to aortic dissection in 2003, and while no awareness can ever bring him back, if anything, this can help others avoid the same sad fate he faced. I wonder that no one thought of this before. This is very well made and looks good, and what a good idea to be able to change the texture for whatever cause you want to support. For me it's autism--this month is Autism Awareness Month and my grandnephew has been diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome.
Be aware that there are a LOT of different support ribbons out there, and no standard on what each color or design represents; as Kai notes, purple can stand for domestic violence or lupus, and there are many other duplications and variations. An Internet search will give a lot of these and it's very interesting.
Note that the no-copy object initially delivered is a box and will have to be rezzed and unpacked. The necklace within will show as no-modify in your inventory but this is only because of the no-mod script it contains; the necklace itself can be modified. As Kai says, please make a copy before modifying.

Just wanted to say thank you for making this necklace, It as I can see was made with care, I have been looking for something like this. My mom has passed recently due to bladder cancer. Although nothing can ever take away the complete sadness & lonely feelings I have everyday, I now as I am sensitive to the subject "Cancer" I want to show support to those who are going though this horrible cancer process. I will wear it with pride while saying a prayer for a cure. It was made so beautifully.
