9 COLORS, WITH OR WITHOUT TEXT

With a wide range of 9 vibrant colors to choose from, you can easily match the awning to your existing decor or create striking contrasts that draw attention. The canvas color can be changed by clicking on it. The menu can be set to owner, group, or all.

ADD YOUR OWN TEXT OR LOGO

There are 2 versions in the folder, one with and one without an invisible extra prim with text on it. The version with text has the land impact of one prim more.

Make the Awning truly yours by adding your own text or logo. Promote your brand, display store names, or convey messages to visitors with ease.

The dimensions of the text are 10:1, a very light gray and a bit of added shading to the text seems to work best with the canvas colors.

To put your own text or logo on the awning, right-click on the awning with the text 'Cafe Dutchie". Choose Edit, then Select Face. Click on the prim with the text (hit control alt T for transparency if you can't find it) and drag your own texture to the texture window.

LAND IMPACT

Land impact of 10 without and 11 with text at store size, which is 8.2 meters wide. Will go up or down in land impact if you make it smaller or bigger.
