DIRECTIONS:
These two scripts, the while loop, and timer, versions will show you how to rotate a prim so that its forward face, x+, will face a target object/avatar.
Put this code in your own scripts and modify it to fit your needs!
IF your mesh objects do not have the standard rotation, where z+ is up and x+ is forward, then just link it to a prim, making the prim the root, and put your script in the root!
