This is laughable, seriously.
There is a hair seam line all across the scalp area
none of the seams match across the neck, arms and torso
The chest texture is obviously that from a man, not a child
and finally, apart from the face and the chest area, all the texture has just been heavily blurred instead of actual detail put into it.
