The top story is fake, but it's MOD, so if you dare...open it up and make it usable.

Not customizable
Decent mesh however if you want this to edit for your sim, don't touch it, the whole front of the store is one face, the wall, the frames, the floors, the floor is also phantom. If you want it as is with nothing done then no worries and I will be using the top section as filler buildings, but I need to customise this with faces to fit the environment I'm building, it's left me very limited. As I said they're good mesh, I love the fact it's modular but the fact it's so customizable in something like texture just makes it not great for something like a roleplay or themed sim.
