A beautifully detailed House Boat. There are some lovely details on this item as you will see from the pictures.. Two large rooms one on the lower deck and one on the upper. Accessa is via a step at the stern or by the working ramp to the upper deck. There are also stairs leading from the lower to upper deck. The House Boat is supplied with both copyand modify permissions.The incredibly LOW Land Impact is only 30 ! The House Boat fits a 512m plot and will amaze your neighbours !
